Because of the recent bad weather we have had no choice but to cancel our meeting this weekend.
We have now swapped our meeting with Warsop, so this weekends meeting will be at Carter Hill. If you had entered
for the Derby Sporting meeting at Alport Heights your entry will automatically be transfered to Warsop.
The AMCA will be sending out letters to explain the change.
If you would like a late entry for the Warsop meeting please ring Yvonne Wilkinson 07790 739101
We will be running our 4th meeting for the year on 26th October instead taking the original Warsop date listed
on the fixture list.
Monday, 07 July, 2008
Just a reminder that it is our meeting this Sunday (13th July) and that ALL members are required to attend the work
party on Saturday morning starting at 9-30am and that you are required to either marshall or provide a marshall for
the racing on Sunday. ANY MEMBERS who do not attend without giving good reason before the meeting will
receive a ban.
Despite any rumours that have been circulating our meeting is DEFINATELY running, on the same day as the Ollerton
AMCA Championship meeting.
We have made arrangements and sorted our own Toilets, Catering, and First Aid. Everything is going to plan and the
meeting will be running.
We have also made some more alterations to the track that make it a bit longer.

We have been checking our track out in readyiness for our first meeting in March, unfortunately
after several inspections over the last week or so we have taken the decision to cancel the meeting
on the 9th March and we will re-arrange it for the 13th July.
We now have 57 members signed up to join the club so if there is anyone who was hoping to join for
this year there are still a couple of places available.
Wednesday, 06 February, 2008
There have been 49 of last years members re-joined the club for this year and 7 new members have joined
as well. There are still 4 places available which are open to new members.
If there are any of the Expert riders in the club who wish to put their names forward for the AMCA championship
quailifiers please let me know ASAP as I will need the names for next week.

Happy New Year to everyone
Welcome to the new look web site. Club nights will start again for this year next Tuesday (15th) at 8-00pm
at Haslams. I have the licence forms for this year and they will be available for all 2007 members who wish to
re-new their club membership for 2008 from Tuesday 15th January. There are already 6 people on the waiting
to join the club this year and so I am allowing existing members 3 weeks to re-new their membership before
offering any available places to new members. If you don't renew your membership by Tuesday 29th January
then i can't guarantee you a licence.
There have been some changes to the rules over the winter break the main change that may affect some younger
riders is the age for inter juniors has been altered to 11 to 14 year olds and they have now banned the use of
65cc bikes. Anyone now wishing to ride in the AMCA must have an 85cc bike.
